Subject: Invitation to a cross-border vaccination study
Dear resident of South Limburg,
We would like to ask you to take part in this survey on cross-border vaccination.
Why is this study important?
Vaccinations can prevent diseases from spreading. It is therefore important for the GGD to know how many people have been vaccinated. Limburg has more borders than any other province in the Netherlands. This makes it easier for people in South Limburg to be vaccinated across the border. With this survey, we want to understand where the residents of South Limburg are getting their vaccinations and why.
What do we need from you?
We need you to complete a short online survey once. It's available in Dutch, English, German, or French and takes between 5 and 15 minutes.
Who can participate?
Anyone between the ages of 18 and 75 can take part, whether they've had a vaccination or not. We are interested in all kinds of opinions.
How can you participate?

You will also receive two reminders for this survey. If you do not wish to receive these reminders, please let us know by emailing your home address to onderzoekvaccinatie@ggdzl.nl.

Participation is voluntary. We hope that you will complete the survey. You can also stop at any time during the survey. You don't have to explain why.
